Walking All Over the World by Wilfred Kozub The sun is hot But I can’t stop I won’t let you go, I won’t let you go The life we’ve got Not what I thought I won’t let you go I’m walking all over the world I’m walking all over the world I’m in a spot My heart has stopped But I won’t let you go I won’t let you go The war was fought The bomb is dropped Pain has stopped And I’ve been shot No I won’t let you go Walking all over the world Walking all over the world There was something that I meant to tell you about Something I feel you need to know about Heaven knows, you’ll never know I am walking all over the world Copyright, ©, 2022, by Wilfred Kozub

I Cried by Wilfred Kozub I cried real tears Don’t know why Just a feeling inside I cried real tears Don’t know why Just a feeling inside I cried real tears The weather outside Was clear Just a little rain, just a little rain I cried real tears Don’t know why Just a feeling inside I cried real tears (just a little rain) Don’t know why Just a feeling inside Copyright, ©, 2022, by Wilfred Kozub

The Gondola Ride by Wilfred Kozub Floating above the city Over the water To the other side Soaring beyond the cover Where all the secrets End up in the night Why do I sigh? (Why?) (I know why …) Because I’m floating Over the treetops Under the clouds I can disappear Copyright, ©, 2022, by Wilfred Kozub

Hmmm ... I don't think I am allowed to print the lyrics of this fine Lennon & McCartney song, but I'm sure you can look it up.

Sad Sad Sad 03:01
Sad Sad Sad by Wilfred Kozub I retired from the day with a smile All the trust in the world I was wearing I awoke from a piece of a dream That was brilliantly flashing and daring And I bravely faced a new day Holding onto a glimpse (in a way) Of the heavenly truth And trying to keep up my youth Every day I try to be bold Carry on when I know there’s no hope Every time that I finally win Turn around and I’ve lost it again But I know it’s true All I want from life is loving you That’s all I really want to do Don’t wanna make you cry Don’t wanna bum your world Cause I want you to be In the spirit that you should be, girl Sad sad sad I love you, I love you, I love There’s some truth to be found in this song Even thought it’s supposed to be fiction So many broken dreams Only a miracle could ever fix them And the voices in my brain Are keeping me awake again And it makes me sad when you pretend You’re happy And just like you I’m faking it too Daily Copyright, ©, 2002, 2016, by Wilfred Kozub

We Could Have Made Films by Wilfred Kozub We could have made films Our love, our movement so smooth Everywhere beneath the empty skies We sheep, like little lost sheep, Cannot be found by our masters We could have made films Dressed in faded finery, poised Dryly picturesque we sit silently On stairs that meet the street Watching nervous neon signs Where the nightbugs frenzy and fry And in the hot humidness We avoid our sticky rooms And go to the park We could have made films Between stops of breath We soak in our existence and bed down Exhausted then we sleep Life unfolds and love will arise Though like weathered sand fences We bend in the wind We’ll never give in And the pictures only imitate What we can intimate All this our love and more Copyright, ©, 1978, 2023, by Wilfred Kozub

about

This album is a follow-up album to my "What's Gonna Become of Us" by Wilfred Kozub project that I did in 2015. That one was an instrumental album, and it remains one of my very favourite works that I created. It is the only album of mine that I listen to regularly.

I wanted to do another instrumental album in the same vein. But a few new songs with lyrics came to me magically and mysteriously. I wasn't expecting that, but I liked them so much that I decided to change my plans and create a balance of those new vocal songs, some new instrumental tracks, and a couple others that I never really found a home for – until I finally decided to make them part of "The Last Vibrations of Summer".

I like this new album very much. It is very satisfying for me, and I hope it will be for you, too.
