When you hear this song, you'll know it's spring . . . somewhere. It sounds alive and feels good. The opening may remind you a bit of Philip Glass. As the song develops with riffs on flugelhorn and trumpet, you'll also hear some Glen Campbell-like guitar, a surprising strike of a distorted guitar chord, and the fluttering of butterflies of flugelhorns. This is the instrumental version of It's Spring! – the vocal version comes out in 2016 on a new album by Canada's Wilfred N and the Grown Men. The title of that album will be Passing Through Time.
